Thousands of local newspaper readers cast their votes and rated Spring House Estates the area’s top retirement community in two separate surveys.

Readers of the Philadelphia Inquirer, the Philadelphia area’s largest daily newspaper, voted Spring House Estates their “Favorite Retirement community in Montgomery County” for the second consecutive year while readers of the Montgomery Newspapers (PA) awarded Spring House Estates their “Readers’ Choice Award” for top community.

With the number of amenities and green wooded areas surrounding community, residents of Spring House Estates enjoy the peaceful, natural surroundings of the community’s 58-acre suburban campus.
