Independent Retirement Living

Our distinctive residences – ranging from spacious 1-, 2- or 3- bedroom apartment homes to gracious villas and carriage homes in select communities, come in an array of floorplans to suit the way you want to live. All of our residences are well-appointed, with ample storage space and special features for safety and security, such as emergency call systems, sprinkler systems and more.

They’re well complemented by common areas of uncommon appeal – and a wide range of services and conveniences – that few, if any, private homes could ever match: from acres of walking trails, gardens and water features to well-equipped fitness centers, pools, art studios or wood working shops, chapels, libraries, fine and casual dining venues and more.

Assisted Living Services

OakBridge Terrace

Some individuals find they need some help with the routine activities of daily living to preserve a more independent lifestyle. Assisted Living at OakBridge Terrace offers just the caring, personalized services and support they need.

With residential accommodations designed for easy access and home-like comfort, OakBridge Terrace residents can receive support from specially trained caregivers who provide assistance with bathing, dressing, meals, grooming, mobility, medication management and more. And, because it’s all part of the continuum of care made possible by ACTS’ Life Care Program, it’s available to ACTS residents with no increase in their monthly fee.

Skilled Nursing Care

WillowBrooke Court

Those who need a more extensive, long-term level skilled nursing care – including memory care – will find the highest standards for care – and caring – at ACTS’ WillowBrooke Court skilled nursing care centers.

With RNs and LPNs on duty, under the direction of a board certified Medical Director and in cooperation with the resident’s family and care provider, residents receive the advanced, round-the-clock care they need – whether in the short-term, to recover from surgery or an accident, or more long-term. Again, there is no increase in the monthly fee as a result of the need for a higher level of care. Because WillowBrooke Court’s private or semi-private rooms are located on ACTS’ campuses, it’s easier for spouses and families to maintain close contact.

CARF-CCAC Accreditation

It’s important to note that all eligible ACTS communities are CARF-CCAC accredited, the nationwide organization charged with certifying Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs). That recognition, and our more than 35 years of stability and proven experience as one of America’s foremost providers of independent retirement living services, is the best assurance of quality you can count on—and a commitment you can trust.
