Qualifying for a Life Care Retirement Community

Residential living at a life care retirement community is perfect for individuals who are able to maintain an independent and active lifestyle, such as relaxed, "retirement resort" lifestyle found at each of ACTS’ retirement communities.

Age: 62 years of age or older to live in an ACTS retirement community
Financial: Financial qualification is based on a combination of age, income and assets. We utilize actuarial tables to fairly assess qualification for residency.

A no charge, no obligation financial screening is available.
Health: Pre-existing conditions will generally not disqualify a resident from moving in to an ACTS senior living community. However, prospective residents must demonstrate the ability to live safely alone in an apartment home, carriage home or villa without depending upon outside assistance.
